FAQ

HOW CAN I RENEW OR PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP FOR THE 2017/18 SEASON?

  • Once your membership purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Post

All members who wish to pay for their membership via Money Order, Cheque or Cash must contact the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au to organise payment. Please note your membership will not be active until payment is processed.


NB: Pricing has increased due to the addition of a 14th home game.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS TO SEE BRISBANE BULLETS?

There are three ways you can purchase tickets to see Brisbane Bullets

  • Purchase a membership. Reserved Seating memberships are available to purchase by visiting our website www.brisbanebullets.com.au or by emailing our Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au. This works best when planning to attend one or more matches as members save money on tickets.
  • Purchase tickets via the ticketing agency (subject to capacity). Please visit www.ticketek.com.au or phone 13 2849.
  • Purchase tickets at the door (subject to availability). If you choose this option we highly advise to get there early, and to check availability prior to leaving. We advise patrons to pre-purchase, become a member or contact the club during business hours on membership@brisbanebullets.com.au for all game day information to avoid disappointment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP PACK AND CARD?

  • Membership fulfilment packages will be posted directly to the members address provided/confirmed at the time of sign up. Membership cards may arrive separately to membership packages dependent on the status of members reserved seat requests.
  • Membership fulfilment packages will be posted out from mid-August 2017 and should be received within 3 weeks purchasing your membership. Please note in some cases, tickets for members may be emailed to the member to ensure they can access the game. If fulfilment does not arrive within this timeframe or items are missing please contact the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au
  • If your membership card/ticket has not arrived approx. 48 hours prior to your match, please contact the Membership Department to arrange alternative ticketing options. If receiving tickets via email, please note these will be sent from Ticketek. If you cannot see ticket in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk mail. If your ticket is not there, please contact the Membership Department, or see a membership consultant on game day at the ticketing booth.

PARKING AT BRISBANE BULLETS HOME GAMES?

Guests attending a Brisbane Bullets home game are encouraged to park at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition centre. Visa, Mastercard and cash are accepted at exit booths.

I’VE LOST MY MEMBERSHIP CARD, HOW DO I ORGANISE A REPLACEMENT?

Lost or stolen membership cards will be charged a fee of $10 for a replacement. This can be ordered by contacting the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au

I LEFT MY MEMBERSHIP CARD AT HOME; CAN I STILL ACCESS THE GAME?

Yes. Visit the Ticketek counter and present photo identification. A replacement ticket will be issued for that particular game. The member card will still remain valid for all other games in the season.

IF I HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING INTO THE GAME AND NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM BRISBANE BULLETS WHERE CAN I GO?

Brisbane Bullets membership representatives can assist with any queries at all home matches and can be found at our ticket collection booth/marquee at the entry gate/in the entry foyer.

There are 1,500 undercover parking spaces available at the Centre, accessed by Merivale Street.

Early Bird enter before 9am, exit between 3pm-6pm (Mon-Fri only) $15.00

Entry heights are as follows: Car Park one: 2.3m, Car Park two: 2.2m (Merivale St) or 2.1m (Russell St Ramp) or 2.2m (Melbourne St), Car Park three: 2m (Merivale Street) or 2.1m (Grey St).

DOES THE BCEC HAVE AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES?

Yes, there are two ATMs situated on the main exhibition concourse on the Merivale Street side of BCEC and one located next to Olio Cafe & Bar on the Grey Street Ground Level. Other ATMs are available nearby in the South Bank precinct.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS

Trains, trams and buses operate frequently, dropping you right at the door of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Depending on other events taking place at the Centre on game day, parking on-site is readily available. To avoid disappointment though, we recommend the use of public transport. Q. By Train?

The closest train station is South Brisbane; only a few minutes walk away. A regular Air Train service operates between Brisbane’s international and domestic airports. Travelling time is approximately 25mins. Tickets are available from the Information Desk.

Q. By Bus?

The Cultural Centre is the main hub for most bus routes, only a few minutes walk away adjacent to the Queensland Performing Acts Centre. A Free Loop downtown bus service circles Brisbane’s Central Business District only.

Q. By City Cat?

The City Cat terminal is located outside the riverside restaurants along the Southbank board walk. City Cats run daily from 5.30am-10.30pm.

Q. By Taxi?

A dedicated taxi rank is located at the main entrance of the Centre on the Cnr Merivale and Glenelg Streets. Taxis are also accessible in other locations in the South Bank precinct including the 2 hotels – Marriott and Mantra.

I’m a Foundation Member, how do I apply my discount?

The system will recognise you as a Foundation Member and automatically add your discount.

Can I add extra seats?

You’ll receive the option to request for alternative seats or to add or subtract seats from your group if required. You’re request will only be accepted to move to an alternate location or add seating pending availability.

Can I change my seats?

Can I renew less seats?

Yes, on the payment page you can either remove or add to the basket

I am not a Member, when can I sign up?

A date will be released on the membership website and our social media sites once the renewal has started.

Can I select my seats for games at the Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre?

Seats will be allocated best available, you can add in a seating preference.

When will I know which seats I have been allocated?

When you receive your membership cards in the membership pack sent via Australia post.

HOW DO I FIX ERRORS ON MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?

  • If any of your details are printed incorrectly on your Brisbane Bullets Basketball Club membership card please contact the Membership Department immediately at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au
  • A new card will be issued within 3 weeks. If your membership card does not arrive in time for a game, please contact the Membership Department prior to game day or visit the membership booth on game day.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?

Your membership number is located on the back of your membership card.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

  • Members are able to update personal details online using their MYBULLETS account. To login click here and enter your user name and password.
  • If you are unsure how to use your MYBULLETS account or cannot find your password please call the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au. Members can also click on retrieve password function to have their password emailed directly to them.
  • Alternatively, to update any necessary details, you can contact the Membership Department via phone or email membership@brisbanebullets.com.au

I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

MEMBERSHIP DEFINED?

Memberships apply to all Brisbane Bullets home games that are played at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Brisbane Entertainment Centre and the Gold Coast Sport & Leisure Centre during the 2017-18 NBL regular season. Membership does not include matches played in the final series.

AS A MEMBER, WILL I HAVE PRIORITY ACCESS TO TICKETS AT FINALS TIME?

Yes. Brisbane Bullets members will be provided an exclusive code ahead of any home finals for priority ticket access.

WHERE CAN I VIEW A SEATING MAP?

  • Gold reserved seating
  • Silver reserved seating
  • Maroon reserved seating

CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP IN INSTALMENTS?

  • Yes, Brisbane Bullets offers a 5 monthly instalment payment plan. Membership price is split into 5 equal monthly instalments, with each instalment due on the 15th of the month. Should the 15th of the month fall on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be taken on the following business day. The payment plan starts on August 15th each year with the final payment taken on December 15th that same year. The payment plan will automatically roll over your membership for the following season. If payment fails, the Brisbane Bullets Membership Department, or associated third party, will be in contact to rectify this. Please note additional fees for dishonored payments may occur.
  • You can purchase a membership and join the monthly payment plan at any stage throughout the season. An initial payment will be taken, which will be a lump sum of the months owed in order to bring our membership payments up to date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MONTHLY PAYMENT DECLINES?

  • It is your responsibility to make sure that your Credit Card Account has sufficient credit available so that the charges set out in the membership application can be processed. If Payment fails, the Brisbane Bullets Membership Department, or associated third party, will be in contact to rectify the payment/s outstanding.
  • If a member fails a payment on their monthly instalment, should a member fall two or more instalments behind, their barcode will be blocked and membership entitlement will be suspended until payments have caught up.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS IF I CHANGE CREDIT CARDS?

If you are on the Payment Plan and have recently updated your credit card number or expiry date, please contact the Brisbane Bullets Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au during business hours to update these details.

CAN I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP OFF IN FULL?

Only membership enquires can be made on game day. All purchases are to go through membership.brisbanebullets.com.au

IF I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD MY MEMBERSHIP, CAN I GET A REFUND?

When signing up for a membership with Brisbane Bullets, members are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the payment plan, which states that refunds are not issued and members will continue to pay for their membership until all payments have been made.

I AM A NEW MEMBER, HOW DO I OBTAIN SEATING FOR THE FIRST TIME?

  • When completing your 2017-18 Brisbane Bullets membership , you will be allocated a seat via the Ticketek Member portal.
  • Members will receive their seating allocation on their membership cards/tickets. If members are unhappy with their allocation they will need to contact the Membership Department via email at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

  • If you’ve applied online, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • If you’ve submitted your application form via mail, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours of your application being received by the Club (be sure to provide us with a valid email address. Please contact the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au if you wish to receive your receipt via post.
  • If you have paid for your membership in person, you will receive a hard copy of your receipt and once the membership has been processed via the membership system, you will receive a confirmation email.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A CONCESSION MEMBERSHIP?

To qualify for a concession membership, members must hold one of the following forms of identification

  • Pension card (aged, single parent or disability)
  • Student card (full time only)
  • Veteran Affairs concession card
  • Please note Health care cards do not qualify.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP?

To qualify for a junior membership, the junior must be 14 years or under at the 30th April 2018.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Subject to applicable law, once your membership has been processed you are not entitled to a refund. You may request a refund in writing (email or post) and your request will be assessed by Brisbane Bullets Management. Any refunds (whole or partial) will be at the discretion of Brisbane Bullets Management.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS ON MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES IF PURCHASED AFTER THE SEASON STARTS?

There are no discounts on membership packages if purchased after the season starts. We encourage members to purchase membership packages prior to the start of the season to receive the full membership benefits available.
