Terms and Conditions
1.1 All Brisbane Bullets memberships purchased will be automatically enrolled into the Bullets Rollover Plan unless the member opts out of such enrolment at time of purchasing the membership. Further information on the Bullets Rollover Plan is available in the Bullets Rollover Plan section of these Terms and Conditions. Should an equivalent membership not be available in the following season the member will be notified of new membership packages.
1.2 Reserve Seat membership includes access to games played at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and the Gold Coast Sport & Leisure Centre only during the 2017-18 NBL regular season. Any games played outside of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and the Gold Coast Sport & Leisure Centre will be sold separately. Brisbane Bullets, where possible, will provide Reserve Seat members with priority access via a pre-sale period.
1.3 Subject to applicable law, once your membership has been processed you are not entitled to a refund. You may request a refund in writing (email or post) and your request will be assessed by Brisbane Bullets Management. Any refunds (whole or partial) will be at the sole discretion of Brisbane Bullets Management.
1.4 All prices include GST and any applicable NBL fees or levies.
1.5 Members should be aware that Queensland legislation prohibits the resale of tickets at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
1.6 By purchasing a membership, you agree to be added to Brisbane Bullets electronic database and to receive information relating to Brisbane Bullets. You may be contacted by Brisbane Bullets regarding any services, offers or special promotions that are associated with, endorsed or approved by Brisbane Bullets. Furthermore, you agree for Brisbane Bullets to disclose your information to third parties associated with Brisbane Bullets so they can contact you about their services, offers or special promotions. Should you not wish to receive any of this information, you must opt out at the time of purchasing the membership or notify Brisbane Bullets in writing via either post or email where you must specify whether you want to cease receiving information from Brisbane Bullets and/or any third parties associated with Brisbane Bullets.
1.7 Members are required to notify Brisbane Bullets of any change in circumstances, including the issuing or withdrawal of concession status, member contact details, or any relevant information that could affect their membership with Brisbane Bullets. Should there be a change in concession status, the member will be required to pay the difference between a non-concession member and a concession member of that particular membership. Should the member not pay the difference within the time reasonably notified by Brisbane Bullets, Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to suspend the membership with all of the member’s benefits suspended until the difference is paid. The member is not entitled to seek any compensation or refund should any of its member’s benefits are suspended due to non or late payment of the difference.
1.8 Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to cancel a membership without a refund where a member breaches these terms and conditions or Brisbane Bullets Code of Conduct.
1.9 Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to refuse an application for membership.
1.10 The NBL reserve the right to change dates for games where necessary
2.1 Brisbane Bullets is committed to creating and maintaining a safe, enjoyable and family-friendly game-day environment for all Club members and spectators. Accordingly, members and persons accompanying a member must not act inappropriately (for example by making undue noise, being intoxicated, causing a disturbance or behaving in an offensive manner) at Brisbane Bullets venues.
2.2 Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership of any member who acts inappropriately at a Brisbane Bullets venue. If a membership is suspended or cancelled, the member will not be entitled to compensation or a refund.
2.3 Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to decide what amounts to inappropriate behaviour in its sole discretion.
2.4 Any person using a membership, regardless of whether they purchased the membership themselves must not act inappropriately.
4.1 To qualify for a junior membership, the junior must be 14 years or under as of the 30 April 2018, irrespective of the member’s age at the time of purchasing the membership.
4.2 Children under the age of 3 are admitted free at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre providing they are seated on their parent/guardian’s knee and do not require a seat. It is the parent/guardian’s sole responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children under the age of 3 should the parent/guardian choose to have the child sit on his/her knee.
4.3 All Junior Members must have their membership placed under their own name and a date of birth must be provided for each Junior Member. Failure to do so will result in the adult pricing being charged.
5.1 To qualify for a concession membership, members must hold one of the following forms of identification: pension card, full time student card, senior’s card, disability card, or carer’s card. A photocopy or scanned copy of a valid concession card is required with your membership application.
5.2 Health care cards and health benefits cards do not qualify.
5.3 Companion card holders will be given necessary tickets when accompanying a member requiring care. A photocopy or scanned copy of the card is required with your ticket application. The companion card holder must purchase a valid ticket if attending a game without the member in their care.
5.4 Random checks are conducted at NBL venues on members with concession memberships. Concession members must have appropriate identification with them when attending all NBL games. A Concession Member may be refused entry to the venue if he/she fails to present valid identification.
5.5 Brisbane Bullets retains the right to cancel the membership (without refund) of any member without the appropriate concession identification.
5.6 Copies of concession identification cards can be posted to Brisbane Bullets Membership Department, PO BOX 122 Carindale, 4152. Alternatively, you can scan and email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.1 All reserved seating categories are subject to venue capacity.
3.2 Reserved seating is categorised by; Gold Reserve, Silver Reserve and Maroon Reserve seating blocks.
3.3 Membership guarantees the member a reserved seat at 14 games played at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and the Gold Coast Sport & Leisure Centre during the 2017-18 NBL regular season. Seating location is dependent on the membership type selected.
3.4 Membership does not include games played outside the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and the Gold Coast Sport & Leisure Centre. Any games played outside of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and the Gold Coast Sport & Leisure Centre will be sold separately. Brisbane Bullets, where possible, will provide members with priority access via a pre-sale period.
3.5 Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to change reserve seating from season to season. Where possible, Brisbane Bullets will attempt to keep members in the same seat selection from season to season provided that members renew prior to the same seat cut-off date set each year and the member purchases the same membership type in the new season.
3.6 Members must renew their membership with the corresponding new membership type before the same seat cut-off date (8 July 2018) to ensure same seating for 2018/2019 season.
3.7 All members in 2017/2018 will have the ability to select preferred seating, including to be seated with other members, when completing their membership application online. Alternatively, new members can notify Brisbane Bullets of their preferences in writing. If the requested seating is no longer available, the Membership Department will select seating as close as possible to those requested by the new member. If no request is received, Brisbane Bullets will allocate seating at its discretion.
3.8 Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to change seating allocations in order to fill seating gaps. New allocations will be within the same seating sections. The Brisbane Bullets Membership Department will take all reasonable steps to contact affected members.
14.1 If international postage is required, the cost of postage will be added to the membership.
16.1 We will keep your account and other financial institution details confidential. However, we may disclose these details:
(a) If you consent in writing; or
(b) To the extent required by law; or
(c) For the purpose of this Agreement, for example, in relation to a payment dispute.
16.2 Brisbane Bullets is careful to protect the privacy of any personal information you supply. Brisbane Bullets complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will only use your information for the express purposes contained in this Agreement.
20.1 By applying for membership you acknowledge that you accept the above Terms and Conditions. All members are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.1 Finals tickets are not included in memberships.
6.2 Should Brisbane Bullets qualify to play in the 2017-18 NBL Finals Series, all members will receive priority access to purchase tickets to home games via designated pre-sale periods.
6.3 The pre-sale information will be communicated upon confirmation of Brisbane Bullets’ qualification to play finals.
6.4 Finals tickets are to be purchased through the venue ticketing agency, and the agency will also be responsible for all distribution of tickets.
8.1 Members may choose to pay for memberships by paying in instalments.
8.2 By agreeing to pay for membership via Brisbane Bullets Payment Plans, you authorise Brisbane Bullets, or associated third parties, to debit from your nominated Credit Card or Debit Account as set out in your membership application form. Additional fees (including credit card fees) may apply.
8.3 Unless stated otherwise, the first instalment will be withdrawn after receiving a member's application with further payments on the first day of each following month. If the payment date falls on a weekend or a Queensland public holiday, we will process the payment on the next business day.
8.4 5 Month Plan - 5 monthly payments are offered for each membership year, from May to September. The monthly payment will be the membership cost divided by 5. Fees and charges may apply through the payment company
8.5 You can purchase a membership and join the monthly payment plans at any stage throughout the season. An initial payment will be taken, with the next scheduled payment acting as a catch-up payment in order to bring our membership payments up to date. For example, a membership purchased in July 2016 on the 5 month plan will attract an initial payment that is the cost of your membership divided by 5 to cover the month of July with a subsequent scheduled payment that is the sum of the instalments for May, June 2016.
8.6 Memberships purchased after the first home game will not be sold on a pro-rata basis.
10.1 The Bullets Rollover Plan rolls over your membership each year for the following season. Payments are applied in the same method as when the member originally signed up.
10.2 By committing to a Brisbane Bullets Membership and Bullets Rollover Plan, you authorise Brisbane Bullets to arrange a transfer of funds from your nominated credit or debit card for the amount applicable to your membership type. Members can select for payments to be deducted either in full or across 5 monthly payments. For payment methods other than credit card, the member will be issued an invoice, with payment due within the terms of the invoice.
10.3 Members will be notified in writing should there be price changes or major inclusion changes to their membership from season to season at least 14 days prior to their membership rolling over.
10.4 Members will be notified in writing of their ability to opt out of the Bullets Rollover Plan at least 14 days prior to their membership rolling over.
10.5 Members can request to be taken off the automatic rollover by written request. Requests can be emailed to email@example.com, or posted to Brisbane Bullets Membership Department, PO BOX 1224, Carindale, 4152.
11.1 All Brisbane Bullets Members will receive a 10% discount on merchandise purchased through the official Club merchandise store at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and the Gold Coast Sport & Leisure Centre (Game Day Stores) on home game days (Membership Discount).
11.2 To receive a Membership Discount at the Game Day Store, members must present their membership card to a Game Day Store staff member.
11.3 Brisbane Bullets will not provide refunds or apply future credit where a Membership Discount was not used during the transaction.
11.4 A Membership Discount is not available on sale items and is not redeemable for cash.
11.5 A Membership Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12.1 Membership packs will be posted to members prior to the start of the season. If a member has not received a membership pack within this time frame or has items missing, please contact the Brisbane Bullets Membership Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
12.2 Membership cards may arrive separately to the membership pack.
13.1 Members that require any membership cards to be reprinted will incur a $10 reprint fee, payable by the member. If a member misplaces their membership card, they should contact the Membership Department to organise a replacement.
15.1 The Brisbane Bullets is pleased to offer all members of the Club, access to Bullets Rewards.

7.1 Credit card or debit card payments (including credit card fees) will be taken immediately upon placing an application or upon renewal.
9.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your nominated account in order for payments to be processed. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution for a dishonoured payment will be payable by you. Any fees incurred by Brisbane Bullets for a dishonoured payment will be added to the next instalment.
9.2 You must advise us in writing if you close your nominated account and supply us with a substitute account in order for your payments to continue.
9.3 Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your payment cannot be processed from your nominated account. We will notify you in writing if we suspend or cancel your payment plan arrangement.
9.4 If your membership is suspended, your membership barcode will be blocked and your membership entitlements will be suspended until such time that the overdue payments have been received.
9.5 If you believe that a payment has been drawn incorrectly, please contact Brisbane Bullets on email@example.com. You will receive a full refund of the drawn amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for the drawing.
17.1 You indemnify us against all, losses, costs, damages and liability that we suffer as a result of you giving incorrect or false information in your membership application. Your indemnity:
(a) extends and covers all changes you make to your membership application; and
(b) continues after this Agreement has ended.
18.1 If Brisbane Bullets are unable to deliver on the representations made in the membership offer you agree, to the extent permissible by law, to release Brisbane Bullets from any liability and not to seek compensation from Brisbane Bullets for any such failure.
18.2 Brisbane Bullets do not accept liability for any product or service offered in any sponsor promotional material, and exclude liability with respect to such products or services to the extent permissible by law.
19.1 Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its absolute discretion including, but not limited to, creating additional membership categories. Members will be notified with 14 days of any change to these Terms and Conditions.
