TERMS & CONDITIONS

NBL 2026/27 BRISBANE BULLETS MEMBERSHIP

All Members or persons seeking to become Brisbane Bullets Members agree to be bound by these terms and

conditions. References to “members” or “memberships” relate to the rights and obligations attaching to packages

sold by the Brisbane Bullets Basketball Club for each home and away National Basketball League (NBL) season

unless specified otherwise. The below terms and conditions are relevant to the Brisbane Bullets NBL 26

Membership program. All members or persons seeking to become a member of the Brisbane Bullets agree to be

bound by these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change and are at the discretion of

Brisbane Bullets (the Club or the Bullets).

1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1. A “new member” is a person who did not hold a Brisbane Bullets Membership in NBL26 but does for

NBL27.

1.2. A “renewing member” is a person who held an active fully paid membership in NBL26 and has not

chosen to cancel for NBL27. If a person has previously held a membership but did not hold one in

NBL26, they are a new member for NBL27.

1.3. Purchasing a membership means members agree to their membership automatically rolling over to

the next season and ongoing until the Member chooses to cancel by following the instructions in

correspondence emailed to primary account holders prior to renewals being made each year.

1.4. Any membership purchased in the previous year by invoices or cash payments will not automatically

roll over.

1.5. Any membership that was complimentary for the previous year will not roll over, and the member

must complete the renewal process manually by paying online.

1.6. The applicant for the membership will be appointed the “Primary Account Holder” and will be

responsible for payment and communication for the account and memberships.

1.7. Additional members and users of the Primary Account Holder’s memberships are called “Secondary

Account Holders”. Secondary Account Holders are also bound to the terms and conditions of this

Agreement.

1.8. Primary Account Holders must register a unique email address in their account. It is the responsibility

of the Primary Account Holder to ensure all contact details are kept up to date by visiting the online

membership portal at www.brisbanebullets.com.au(opens in a new tab)

1.9. Memberships purchased after the first home game will not be sold on a pro-rata basis unless

otherwise advertised and as such will be charged the prices on www.brisbanebullets.com.au(opens in a new tab)

1.10. Membership refers only to Brisbane Bullets home games at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre unless

otherwise specified.

2. FAMILY, CONCESSIONS AND JUNIOR RESTRICTIONS

2.1. Concession: A "Concession” membership is available and apply to full Australian Government

Pensioner Concession Card Holders, Seniors Card holders, DVA Card holders and Australian Full Time

Student card holders. International student cards are not accepted.

2.2. Concession cards must be presented at the venue for entry. It is a condition of entry on game day that

all concession Membership holders agree to present their relevant identification card at any time, if

requested.

2.3. Should the member not be able to produce valid identification; the member will be asked to upgrade

each ticket to an adult category at the ticket box office.

2.4. Companion Card: National Companion Cards are accepted, and members may apply for a companion

seat. The National Companion Card must be sighted before the extra ticket can be issued. The ticket

will be issued to the card holder. The National Companion Card membership issued does not attract

any rights, entitlements, or benefits including member packs.

2.5. Companion Card Memberships do not attract any additional Member benefits outside of providing a

seat at the games.

2.6. Companion Card Membership can only be utilised by the Companion Card holders Carer, while in the

company of the Companion Card holder. If the Companion Card is no longer valid for any reason, that

seat can be purchased for Membership at the relevant price.

2.7. Junior: A Junior is any child aged between 4- 17 years old as of January 1, 2027. Junior Memberships

must be placed in a child’s name, and a date of birth must be provided. Proof of age must be supplied

if requested. Failure to provide identification will result in membership reverting to adult pricing.

Junior Members must be attached to an adult or concession Primary account holder. Junior Member

details must be provided before Membership packs can be sent out.

2.8. Under 4 is free on the knee meaning they will not be able to occupy a seat. Once the child turns 4, a

Membership is required. There is no guarantee that the seat directly beside the existing memberships

are available, and the group may need to relocate to alternative available seating to accommodate

the additional membership seat.

2.9. Once a junior no longer reaches the age of eligibility, the membership price for the following season

will automatically revert to adult pricing. This can be updated to concession where the member

notifies the club and is able to provide applicable concession cards.

2.10. Family: A family consists of two adults and two juniors.

3. SEATING ALLOCATIONS

3.1. For the NBL27 Season, renewing members will be given their first right to renew their same seat from

the the NBL26 season.

3.2. New members will be allocated the best available seats at the time the payment is successful.

Applications made online will be able to select seats through the Interactive Seat Map and pay for

them at the time to secure the seats.

3.3. Ticketed Members should be aware that if the payment fails for their automatic rollover and the

membership is not renewed prior to the same seat renewal deadline, the seats will be released from

the account and made available for purchase to the public.

4. PRICING

4.1. Any advertised Membership pricing is inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Brisbane Bullets.

5. UPDATING PAYMENT DETAILS

5.1. It is the Member’sresponsibility to ensure that the nominated card details remain valid and are up to

date.

5.2. If the card expires, is canceled or is replaced, the member must update the payment details before

the next scheduled instalment.

6. PAYMENTS AND DEFAULTS

6.1. Memberships may be purchased using one of the following payment methods:

Credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express);

6.1.1. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure the credit or debit card provided is correct at

the time of transaction including expiry date changes.

6.1.2. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in the nominated

account or card.

6.2. Upfront Payment Subscription:

6.2.1. All membership subscriptions are eligible to be paid upfront in full.

6.2.2. All members using the upfront payment option, do so with the knowledge and acceptance

that their membership subscription will roll over for subsequent seasons until the time

they choose to cancel by following the process outlined by the club during the renewal

phase.

6.3. Fortnightly Instalment Plan Subscriptions:

6.3.1. Members can elect to pay via instalments.

6.3.2. The Member authorises Ticketek on behalf of the Brisbane Bullets to securely store the

nominated card details.

6.3.3. The Member authorises Ticketek on behalf of the Brisbane Bullets to process recurring

payments against that card for the total membership amount divided into instalments.

6.3.4. Payments may be processed as merchant-initiated recurring transactions.

6.3.5. Instalments will be processed on or around the scheduled dates notified at the time of

purchase.

7. AUTO-RENEWAL

7.1. Memberships are a subscription and will automatically roll over each season unless the member

advises they wish to cancel via the methods communicated by the club during the renewal process.

7.2. The membership will automatically renew for the following season in the same category and seat.

7.3. The membership renewal amount will be charged to the stored card.

7.4. Brisbane Bullets will provide prior notice of the renewal and applicable fees.

7.5. The member may cancel within the timeframe specified in the renewal notice which expires on 19

June 2026.

7.6. Auto-renewal is only available where a valid credit or debit card is stored on file.

8. FAILED PAYMENTS

8.1. The member is responsible for ensuring that the nominated payment details remain current and valid

for accepting recurring transactions. If the member’s card expires, is replaced, cancelled or otherwise

become invalid, the member must update the payment details prior to the next scheduled instalment

date.

8.2. If a scheduled payment is declined, cannot be processed, or is returned, or unpaid for any reason the

Brisbane Bullets may attempt to re-process the payments within a reasonable period and/or contact

the member to request updated payment details. The member authorises the Brisbane Bullets to

process any outstanding amount once valid payment details are provided.

8.3. Any membership entitlements, including barcode access and game day entry, may be suspended

while any amount remains unpaid.

8.4. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts to obtain payment/s have failed, the

Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to cancel the membership without further notice and without

return of any funds paid to date. The member remains liable for any outstanding amounts accrued

prior to cancellation.

8.5. Payment details may be updated at any time via the member online portal or contact the Brisbane

Bullets Memberships.

9. FEES AND CHARGES

9.1. If a payment is declined, the member is responsible for any fees charged by the card issuer. The

Brisbane Bullets may apply for a failed payment fee of $14.95

10. CHARGEBACKS

10.1. Where payments are made via card, the Member acknowledges that instalment and renewal

payments are authorised recurring transactions.

10.2. The member agrees to contact the Brisbane Bullets to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating

a chargeback with their card issuer.

10.3. Where a chargeback is initiated, membership access will be suspended during the dispute process.

10.4. If the chargeback is determined to be invalid, the Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to recover the

outstanding amount and associated chargeback costs.

10.5. The Brisbane Bullets may cancel the membership without a refund in cases of misuse or bad faith

disputes.

10.6. Chargeback rights are subject to card scheme rules and consumer protection laws.

11. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

11.1. Memberships cannot be on-sold for any purpose, exploited for commercial use, or used for

promotions purposes or campaigns without the express written permission of the Club. Members in

breach will have their membership cancelled without refund.

11.2. The respective membership fee for each membership is valid during that home and away NBL season

only. All membership benefits expire at the end of each home and away season.

11.3. The membership fee will not be reduced for new or renewing applications joining at any point once

the season has commenced unless specifically marketed at a discounted rate.

11.4. The Club does not accept any responsibility for membership cards that are lost, stolen or destroyed.

Members are emailed at the start of the season with a digital membership card which can be used in

replacement of the plastic membership card.

11.5. Members must comply with the Brisbane Bullets Terms and Conditions and the Venue’s Conditions

of Entry. Any violation of conditions may result in the membership being cancelled without refund.

11.6. The Club reserves the right to refuse any membership application.

11.7. Memberships are for 14 games at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

12. FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIPS

12.1. Foundation Memberships were purchased when the Bullets returned to the NBL in the 2016/2017

season.

12.2. Foundation Memberships must be purchased annually to maintain Foundation Membership status.

12.3. Foundation Memberships must maintain the same type of membership.

12.4. Foundation Members who choose to purchase additional memberships will pay the full standard rate

for those additional memberships. Foundation Membership discount only applies to the original

memberships.

12.5. Foundation Members will receive for each season they retain their Foundation Membership the

following entitlements:

12.5.1. 10% discount on Standard Season Membership rates. Discount applies to one season

membership sale per Foundation Membership per season. Discount does not apply to

corporate hospitality or courtside seating.

12.5.2. Foundation Member branded cap

12.5.3. Invitation to a Foundation Member function during the season.

12.5.4. Foundation membership does not entitle the member to any additional benefits over and

above those originally advertised or beyond the defined period of their purchased

membership.

12.6. New members who purchased the NBL27 season, or who have not fulfilled consecutive years of

membership since the NBL17 season are not classified as Foundation members.

12.7. Foundation members who have let their membership lapse and have returned to membership will no

longer hold foundation member status.

12.8. Foundation Memberships are non-transferable and are assigned to the individual.

12.9. Foundation Members looking to upgrade to corporate hospitality membership will retain their status

but will not receive the 10% discount.

13. FLEXI MEMBERSHIPS

13.1. Flexi members will be given an opportunity to redeem tickets to their selected games prior to single

game tickets being released to the public. Flexi members can redeem their tickets at any point

following that on sale period.

13.2. Access to tickets is subject to availability at the time of redemption.

13.3. Access to tickets will be restricted to the category of the flexi membership purchased. For example, a

Gold Flexi membership can only redeem for gold seating.

13.4. It is the responsibility of the Member to redeem their flexi tickets.

13.5. Members are not entitled to refunds if they do not attend their full flexi game allocation.

13.6. Flexi codes are only redeemable for the games at Brisbane Entertainment Centre during the regular

season. Flexi codes will not roll over to the next season and cannot be used during the finals series.

14. PURCHASING ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR GAME DAY

14.1. Full Season Members are entitled to purchase additional tickets for guests at a discounted rate. The

discounted rate is determined by the Club each season and is subject to change. Flexi Members and

Supporter Members are not entitled to the discount on additional tickets.

14.2. The discount applies to all available categories at the time of purchase excluding corporate hospitality.

14.3. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be seated directly with the member.

14.4. Members can purchase additional discounted tickets using the discount code provided by the

Membership team in email communications.

14.5. The authorised ticket seller is Ticketek. Purchasing through unauthorised ticket sales agents risks

cancellation of tickets. Additional tickets can also be purchased from the ticket box office on game

day at the time that gates open subject to availability.

15. BEHAVIOUR AND CODE OF CONDUCT AT BRISBANE BULLETS EVENTS

15.1. The Brisbane Bullets are committed to providing the best possible environment for all attendees

including but not limited to Members, attendees, supporters, opposition supporters, spectators, staff,

players and volunteers.

15.2. The Brisbane Bullets reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel a Membership of any Member who

behaves in a manner that is breach of the Brisbane Bullets Member Code of Conduct when attending

any Brisbane Bullets event, function, venue or game, or online (including any website or social media

platforms).

15.3. Each Member is considered an ambassador of the Club and therefore are to follow the Brisbane

Bullets Code of Conduct below:

15.3.1. Support the team in a respectful manner being mindful of those around me at games.

15.3.2. Not abuse attendees, players, officials, volunteers and employees including the use of

crude or abusive language or gestures, insults, threats, intimidation, assault, provocation

or otherwise act in an abusive manner.

15.3.3. Conduct themselves in a manner that enhances, rather than injures, the reputation and

goodwill of Brisbane Bullets, the NBL and the game generally

15.3.4. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, race,

colour, religion, language, politics, national or ethnic origin or choice of NBL team.

15.3.5. Not use nor encourage the use of violence in any form, whether it is by other spectators,

team officials (including coaches) or players

15.3.6. Not engage in discrimination, harassment or abuse in any form (online or in-person),

including the use of obscene or offensive language or gestures

15.3.7. Not be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

15.3.8. Adhere to the Venue Terms and Conditions of Entry, including bag inspections, prohibited

and restricted items such as flares, missiles, dangerous articles and items that have the

potential to cause injury or public nuisance

15.3.9. Inform venue staff of inappropriate behaviour so the venue can manage any incidents.

15.3.10. Ensure those attending with the member understand the Code of Conduct.

15.3.11. No member, guest or attendee shall participate in illegal gambling near or on the premises,

including but not limited to “courtsiding” behaviour. Courtsiding behaviour includes but it

not limited to the practice of using or relaying live transmission of information about the

sport event to obtain a financial advantage in betting.

15.3.12. The resumption of a membership by a terminated member in a future season will be at

the sole discretion of the Brisbane Bullets.

16. COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATION

16.1. By signing up as a member, the member consents to receiving electronic communication from the

Brisbane Bullets. This communication may include but is not limited to information about the

membership, team news, upcoming events, game day information, ticketing offers and partner offers.

The member can change their communication at any time through the unsubscribe link located on

electronic communications.

16.2. The Brisbane Bullets will send information relating to Member accounts (eg payment authorisations,

invoices, changes in password or payment method, confirmation messages) in electronic form only.

(ie via email to the email address registered in the Member account.

16.3. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that all contact details are correct and current. The

Brisbane Bullets hold no responsibility for a Member’s failure to update or provide their personal

details which results in not receiving communication from the Brisbane Bullets. Members can update

personal information by logging in to their membership account via www.brisbanebullets.com.au.(opens in a new tab)

16.4. All Members are issued with an account ID and password for their online account. The Member is

responsible for protecting their login credentials.

16.5. Via the online account members are able to forward their ticket to other parties or issue ticket

replacements to the Member. If either action is performed, the Member or recipient of the ticket

must print the ticket for entry at the Venue entry. The original barcode on the Member card will be

cancelled for that game.

17. CANCELLATION REQUESTS

17.1. Once purchased, Membership sales are final.

17.2. Any requests for cancellations due to special circumstances must be made in writing to

membership@brisbanebullets.com.au by the Primary Account Holder.

17.3. The Brisbane Bullets reserve the right to agree or not agree with the request for cancellation of a

Membership.

17.4. Cancelation requests will be observed by the Brisbane Bullets on a case-by-case basis

17.5. Members who are approved for cancellation may incur a $50.00 cancellation fee per Membership.

18. MEMBERSHIP PACKS

18.1. Members will gain access to a member-only external online shop (Locker Room).

18.2. Members can choose to redeem an NBL27 ‘core membership pack’ or to redeem a custom pack using

the credit provided by the Brisbane Bullets.

18.3. Members must follow the Terms and Conditions of this portal when redeeming their membership

packs, or any additional merchandise from this portal.

18.4. All products and services are subject to availability. The Brisbane Bullets and Locker Room reserve the

right to limit the quantities of any products or services that are offered. All descriptions of products

or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at the discretion of the Brisbane

Bullets and Locker Room.

18.5. All prices of products in Locker Room are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Service

Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

18.6. Additional items in membership packs may be purchased using one of the following payment

methods: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payment must be made before goods are

dispatched.

18.7. Locker Room ship products Australia-wide using Australia Post and ship internationally via a courier.

Shipping costs will be calculated at a checkout. Delivery times are estimated and are not

guaranteed.

18.8. Once a product has been redeemed and/or purchased, the item/s is unable to be returned or

refunded unless it is deemed damaged or defective.

18.9. Where a member selects the Core Memberships Pack, shipping costs are inclusive and paid by the

club.

18.10. Where a member selects the Custom Pack, shipping costs will be calculated and applied at

checkout. Shipping fees may be paid using available membership credit or at the member's own

expense. Shipping charges will commence from a minimum fee of AUD $12.00 and may vary

depending on the selected items and delivery location.

19. CARPARKING

19.1. Car parking is not included in membership pricing unless specified.

19.2. Season carparking is available as an add-on to the membership purchase at the time of booking a

membership.

19.3. Season Carparking may be taken off sale at the Club’s discretion if the allocation of pre-paid season

car parking is fully allocated.

19.4. Season Carparks will be issued with a plastic membership card. Lost cards cannot be replaced.

19.5. Season Carpark passes are available for purchase at $252 until 11:59pm AEST on the 30th of June

2026, excluding any applicable transaction, processing or service fees.

19.6. From the 1st of July, the price of Season Carpark Passes may be subject to change.

19.7. The Brisbane Bullets accept no responsibility for cars parked at the venue.

19.8. Accessibility Parking:

19.8.1. Parking is charged for all patrons including patrons with a disability permit.

19.8.2. Patrons requiring accessible parking can purchase season car parking passes during their

membership purchase or pay on a game-by-game basis via the parking attendants at the

entry.

19.8.3. The Brisbane Entertainment Centre has accessibility car parking spaces available that are

situated in close proximity to the dedicated accessible turnstile entrances. Patrons

requiring access to those parks need to show a current disability parking permit on the

car windscreen upon entry and follow the directions of the car park attendants.

20. FINALS ACCESS

20.1. Memberships do not include the cost of finals tickets.

20.2. Members will be provided with presale access to home finals ticketing.

20.3. Presale access does not guarantee access to the members’ same seat.

20.4. Members may be provided with presale access to away finals however this is subject to availability

at the away venue.

20.5. The availability of tickets is subject to the requirements of the NBL for these games.

21. PRIVACY AND GENERAL

21.1. The Brisbane Bullets collect personal information from Members to fill the requirements of the

membership process.

21.2. The Brisbane Bullets Privacy Policy seeks to safeguard the privacy of the personal information of

Members by observing the Australian Privacy Policy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988. A

21.3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating in any way to the

subject matter. All previous negotiations, understandings, representations, warranties or

commitments about the subject matter are merged in this Agreement and are of no further effect.

21.4. The Brisbane Bullets may choose not to enforce a term of this Agreement in some cases in its

absolute discretion without affecting its right to enforce that term in other cases.

21.5. Payment information is processed securely through the Brisbane Bullet third-party payment

gateway provider. The Brisbane Bullets do not store raw card details. All payment data is tokenised

and managed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards and the Brisbane Bullets Privacy Policy.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

22.1. The Brisbane Bullets shall be under no liability whatsoever to a Member for any indirect loss or

expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Member arising out of a breach by the Brisbane

Bullets of these Terms and Conditions.

22.2. In the event of any breach of this Agreement by the Brisbane Bullets, the remedies of the Member

shall be limited. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the Brisbane Bullets exceed the price in

relation to the Membership.

22.3. Neither part shall be liable for any default due to any act of terrorism, war, strike, industrial action,

flood, storm or other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.

22.4. The Brisbane Bullets are not responsible for any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,

unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the

Brisbane Bullets, including that cause the delay or non-delivery of emails to or from the Brisbane1

Bullets. The Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the

registration or ticketing process and to cancel their membership.

22.5. The Brisbane Bullets are excluded from liability for any product or service offered by partners and

sponsors of the NBL and/or the Brisbane Bullets.

22.6. This Agreement is governed by the law applicable in the State of Queensland and each party

submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

23. BRISBANE BULLETS RIGHT TO AMEND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

23.1. The Brisbane Bullets reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as may be reasonably

necessary at any time at its discretion and without notice. Updated Terms and Conditions will be

24. AGREEMENT BY MEMBERS TO BE BOUND BY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

24.1. It is a condition of membership that all Members, regardless of membership type, agree they have

read and understand these Terms and Conditions, obtained advice if they consider necessary, and

agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Membership with the Brisbane Bullets.

24.2. Any use of a Brisbane Bullets Member entitlement, including game day attendance, regardless of

whether the user purchased the membership, is also bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Members must make any person using their membership entitlement aware of these Terms and

Conditions.

24.3. Any Member in breach of these Terms and Conditions risks having their membership cancelled

without refund.

25. ACCEPTANCE

25.1. I acknowledge that by becoming a Bullets Member I am entering a legally binding contract with the

Brisbane Bullets. I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand and accept the above Terms

and Condition. I acknowledge that I am bound by these Terms and Conditions regardless of the type

of membership I hold.

25.2. All Members are bound by these Terms and Conditions regardless of how the application was

submitted.
